A real-estate group built around the customer
UrbanEarth Realty brings land, homes, villas, farmland, construction and interiors into one accountable team — so buying property in India finally feels straightforward.

“A property purchase should end with a family holding clean documents and a home they are proud of — not with a chase for answers.”
Mahesh Kumar founded UrbanEarth Realty to put the parts of a property purchase that usually sit with four different parties — land, approvals, construction, interiors and after-sales — under one accountable roof. He leads the group's land acquisition and project design decisions, and insists that every listing carries its document pack before it carries a price.
That standard shapes how our teams work today: verify first, quote second, and stay reachable long after handover.
What we hold ourselves to
Rooted in nature
Every site begins with the land — slope, water, trees, sun. Architecture follows the terrain, not a template.
Title-clean, RERA-first
Only projects with a verified title chain, encumbrance certificate and full regulatory clearance reach our customers.
Long-term partners
From plot to handover to interiors — one team, one point of accountability, one file that never gets lost.
Customer-led
Pricing, milestones and contracts written in plain language. Nothing appears for the first time on registration day.

Our story
UrbanEarth started with a simple frustration: buying land or a home in India is harder than it should be. Documents are opaque, brokers chase commissions, and builders go quiet after handover.
So we built the brands — and the platform behind them — to fix that. Apartments and plots for families entering North Bangalore, villas for buyers who want land and privacy, managed farmland for long-horizon investors, and construction and interiors to finish what we sell.
Today one system carries every enquiry from first conversation to handover, so whoever you speak to can see your file and answer you.
