Yes. Every UrbanEarth Realty project that requires RERA registration is filed before launch, and we share the RERA number on every listing.

What is included in the price?

The base price covers built-up area, basic amenities, and statutory charges. GST, registration, and any premium upgrades are itemised separately and shared in writing before booking.

Can I get a home loan through UrbanEarth?

We have empanelment with SBI, HDFC, ICICI, Axis, LIC HF and Bajaj Housing. Our team coordinates the file end-to-end so you deal with one person, not five.

What is your refund policy?

We follow the RERA-mandated refund timeline. Booking amount is refundable (less verified statutory costs) within the cooling-off period defined in your agreement.

Do you handle interior fit-out after handover?

Yes — UrbanEarth Interiors offers full-service interior design and execution. You can also bring your own designer; we hand over a clean shell either way.

How often will I get updates during construction?

Photo and milestone updates every 30 days minimum, plus on-call site visits whenever you'd like to walk the site.

What happens after possession?

You get a named service desk, 48-hour response SLA on snags, and a 5-year structural warranty in writing.

Do you sell only in North Bangalore?

Today, most of our inventory is in the North Bangalore corridor — Devanahalli, Yelahanka, Hebbal, Nandi Hills. We are evaluating Chennai and Hyderabad for FY26.
