Nalukettu Legacy
Heritage Grandeur
A heritage-scale nalukettu with terracotta hipped roofs, laterite stone base and a reflecting pool at the entry court.
About this build
Built as a modern nalukettu, this home carries the proportions and craft of Kerala's great houses — hipped terracotta roofs, laterite stone plinth, timber-column verandahs.
A reflecting pool at the entry court doubles as a passive cooling element for the surrounding rooms.
